v1.0.2 - fixed line clear delay

there was always meant to be a second of delay between the "clear lines again or spawn new piece" thing

but turns out due to my incredible skill issue i just forgot to reset the timer that keeps track of that so  on the literal next frame after clearing a line it would be like "ok time to spawn the next piece"

this means pieces will actually settle for a bit now before spawning the next piece on a line clear so hopefully less bs top outs on top of cascade chains actually working now
